About these terms
This website is operated by Paramount Asia Corp. Ltd. (“PASIA”, “we”, “us”), a licensed employment agency in Hong Kong. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information on this website
The website gives general information about hiring a domestic helper in Hong Kong and about our services. It is not legal, immigration or employment advice, and it does not replace advice about your own situation. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but rules, government fees and processing times change, and we cannot promise that every page is complete or current at all times.
Our services and fees
The package fees on this website are shown with the date they apply from. They may change, and the fee that applies to you is the one in your written service agreement with us. Some costs are paid to other parties, such as government fees, our partner agency’s fee, insurance and medical checks; where a package does not include them, the website or your agreement says so.
Our services are provided under a separate written agreement, which sets out what we will do, the fees and any refund or replacement terms. If that agreement differs from this website, the agreement applies.
We do not charge job seekers any fee beyond what the Employment Agency Regulations (Cap. 57A) allow.
No guaranteed outcome
Visas and employment contracts are approved by the Hong Kong Immigration Department and other authorities, not by us. Timelines on the website are estimates. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, that a particular helper will be available, or that a placement will be completed by a given date.
Enquiries and forms
Please make sure the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share any details about other people. Sending a form or a message does not create a service agreement; an agreement exists only once we have both signed one. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website: for example, by sending spam or false enquiries, trying to gain access to parts of the site that are not public, interfering with how it works, or copying its content in bulk.
Our content
The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to PASIA or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please ask us before using our content for any other purpose.
Links to other websites
The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Hong Kong law. Our responsibility for the services we provide is set out in your service agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version on the website when you use it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Language
These terms are also shown in Traditional and Simplified Chinese. If the English version and a Chinese version differ, the English version applies.
