In short:

PASIA publishes an all-inclusive package fee for every service – overseas hire, contract renewal and change of employer – so you can budget before you book. Employer-side agency fees are not capped by law, which is exactly why we publish ours up front. Every fee is dated, and every card says what its fee covers.

Why we publish our fees

Under Hong Kong’s employment agency law (Cap. 57 and its regulations), agency commission is capped at 10% of the first month’s wage – but that cap protects the helper (the job-seeker), not the employer. Employer-side agency fees are not capped by law. Rather than leave you guessing, PASIA publishes its package fees so you can budget honestly before you commit. Each package lists exactly what the fee covers; anything outside it, and the helper’s wage, is separate, and your specialist itemises it at consultation.

Every fee on this page is dated, and the package fees shown are current as of September 2026. Government figures (Minimum Allowable Wage, food allowance, levy status) are set by the Labour Department and the Immigration Department and should be checked there before you rely on them.
